Client Service Associate

Michaela Fung, FPQP™ loves being part of a productive team where elevated client service and genuine interactions are highly valued. She is a key member of our client service team, ensuring the meeting notes, client communication, forms, and account transactions are handled correctly and with exceptional care.

Michaela grew up in Monticello, MN, but moved to Grand Forks to attend the University of North Dakota where she received her BA in Communications, with a minor in Leadership. Following graduation, she held several leadership and training roles for Chi Alpha, which honed her ability to prioritize tasks, work as a team, and problem solve. Shortly after relocating to Spokane, she joined the Quantum Team and has been thrilled to put her outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills to great use.

Michaela and her husband, Austin, were married in 2023, just after Austin started the Aircraft Maintenance program at Moody Aviation. He has since completed the program and accepted a position as a flight instructor. Michaela and Austin are expecting their first baby in spring of 2025. In their free time, Michaela and Austin love spending time outdoors and exploring PNW national parks.
